Originally because of how I was treated by their 'customer service' back in the late 80s. But the final straw happened last year. read my post Did anyone else get burned by the SONY corp. last year? that I posted here on nookbay back in july.

and check out my latest blog on it here.

Sometimes a company goes too far and I just refuse to give them any more of my money. I dont even buy their CDs or DVDs anymore.

just a personal choice. and now its for the safety of my electronic equipment. heh

I got out my N64 this morning when I was cleaning and I started playing Star Fox 64 again. I forgot how good some of these old games are.

Which do you think will make it though, BluRay or HDDVD? Depending on which way it goes, you may have to at least accept Sony until something better comes out.

Well actually if everything does go BluRay, Ill just be out of luck and stop buying movies all together. Or just continue with bootlegs like I already do with Sonys movies.

I will never put anything sony makes in any of my electronics ever again. and I plan to never give them any of my money ever again either.

the only action I as a consumer have against a corperation is to not give them my finacial support. I know all companys are evil and only out for themselves, but most dont choose to purposely destroy the consumers private property and think there is nothing wrong with it.

so if the world goes with BlueRay, Ill just sit it out. Besides im old anyway and by the time either of these is at total saturation I probably wont even be alive. lol so no worries.
